"The Temple of Nature; or, the Origin of Society"

143. I like passing runners wearing the same shirt as me, and I like it even more when they realize it too and we have a little "nice shirt" head-nod.

142. I've learned I always like alliteration.

141. I like group emails.

140. I like spumoni.

136. I like using asterisks. (And every time I say that word it makes me think of that episode of "Everybody Loves Raymond" where discuss pronunciation.)

135. I am addicted to running clothes!

134. I like work days that move really quickly.

133. I like all of my doctors. I really lucked out getting some pretty awesome medical professionals working on my machine.

Auld, Auld, Auld Lang Syne

I didn't make any New Years resolutions this year. I never do. But if I did, these might be ten of them:

1. Fit Ken Burns' entire oeuvre into my head.

2. Live every moment like a "Sputnik moment."

3. Start saying "yes" instead of "yeah," and "would you like" instead of "do you want."

4. Work on my upper body strength.

5. Discover cold fusion.

6. Dust off my French-speaking skills.

7. Find the perfect pair of running underwear. Or, as I like to call them, runderwear.

8. Get Morgan Freeman to follow me around and narrate my life.

9. Visit another continent. Or at least a different part of my own continent.

10. Figure out why it is so hard to clean scrambled egg off a spatula.

It's the weekend! Party, party, party...

132. "A montage, eh Watered Down?" I like that this song/cartoon pops into my head every Friday. http://bit.ly/8HntcF

131. Pockets with zippers.

130. Pockets in general.

129. Gummy bears. (Or any gummy candy for that matter.) (But preferably bears.)

128. I like campfires!

127. I like the smell of the hair conditioner at New York Sports Club.

126. I like solving for X, especially math problems during and about exercise. It helps distract me and pass the time on a run or swim.
